Displaying UTF-8 code correctly in firefox, IE and UltraEdit

Recently I generated a sqlt report from our database, whose character set is UTF-8. However, when open the report in firefox or IE, the SQL TEXT part was partly displayed in junk characters.

After adding the following code to the html file, the SQL TEXT could be displayed normally:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

Also, we can choose open As: UTF-8 in UltraEdit to display the codes correctly. You may need to set View -> Set Code Page as well.
